I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. I have been a practicing social worker since early 2000’s providing therapy to children, youth, families and adults.
I have been in a management or supervisory position for well over a decade and continue to this day. I support staff as an Employee Assistance Clinician at a local hospital and I am a Community Lecturer at a local college teaching the new generation of Master’s level social workers.
I love to travel, explore new places, meet new people and live the best life that I can in the moment! And I want to do it all while having fun and laughing. Through my years of experience as a professional (a mother, wife, daughter and friend) I have discovered the value in sharing my stories of daily life occurrences to motivate others to continue on their journey with a balance between body, mind and spirit with a side of FUN!
